We found these lovely stained glass collars while strolling the "Beach" neighborhood in Toronto. A husband and wife team had a booth set up on the sidewalk and it took us a while to elbow our way in to look at these beautiful pieces. We thought our customers might like them, especially at such reasonable prices. Each piece of stained glass is framed in sterling silver and hung on a 17-inch stainless steel collar.
